Guide to Registration and Profile Setup on the B2B Chamber Platform

Account registration
  • On the main page, select Registration from the left menu.
  • Fill in the required fields:
    • Username (login)
    • Company name
    • First name / Last name
    • Email address (business email)
    • Mobile number (contact phone)
    • Password / Confirm password
  • Click Register to create your account.

Account activation
  • You will receive an email with the subject “Please activate your account” (also check the Spam/Junk folder if it’s not in your inbox).
  • Open the email and click Activate your account.
  • Once your account is activated, you can sign in with your login and password.

Completing your company profile
  • On your Profile page, click the gear icon ⚙️ on the right and select Edit profile.
  • Optionally upload a profile photo and a cover image for better visibility.
  • Fill in the main fields:
    • Company name
    • Industry
    • Main product or service
    • Product photo
    • Interests of cooperation (export, import, subcontracting, joint venture, project participation, franchising, knowledge and innovation exchange, etc.)
    • Showcase video (link to a presentation video, if available)
    • Address, website URL
    • Social media links: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
  • Click Save to update your profile.

Key platform features
  • Members — browse registered companies, use filters by industry and interests.
  • Messages — exchange messages with partners via the built-in chat.
  • Meetings — main tool for business negotiations:
    • Schedule a meeting with another participant by selecting date, time and duration.
    • Other users can send you meeting invitations. You can:
      • ✅ Confirm the meeting
      • 🕒 Propose a new time
      • ✖️ Cancel if you cannot attend
    • All meeting actions are automatically duplicated via email so you don’t miss updates.
    • Meeting details are always available in your profile under My meetings.
